a City of Culture, Events and Music!

It's big event time in Wichita Falls!  Choose one or experience them all as they're each worthy of a road trip to the Falls.

On August 14 & 15 Texas Ranch Roundup brings in cowboys from 10 ranches, chosen with historic significance in mind, to compete.  Never mind the eye-candy cowboys and stories of men coming to find a wife, the Bit Spur & Western Collectibles Shopping Show with over 200 booths is alone worth the trip!  www.ntrehab.org

The 28th Hotter'N Hell Hundred, August 27-30, brings 12,000 cyclists from virtually every state and several foreign countries.  This year the extremes continue as the spaghetti dinner comes with ice skating in Kay Yeager Coliseum!  Other activities during the 4-day event are:  the Consumer Show, USA Cycling Criterium Race, USA Cycling Road Race, Endurance Ride, off-road bicycle race, off-road trail run plus live entertainment, food and fellowship at Finish Line Village.  www.hh100.org

.38 Special's on board as FallsFest's headline entertainment Saturday September 26th with the Eli Young Band performing the evening before.  This 2-day festival also features children's activities, a motorcycle run, volleyball tournament, Ultimate Frisbee, battle of the bands plus Texas-style festival food!  www.fallsfest.org

We invite you to experience Wichita Falls...you'll like what you find!
