Wichita Falls …you’d be surprised!

With a population of more than 100,000 and a trade area impacting more than half a million people, Wichita Falls has evolved from a turn-of-the-century oil industry boomtown to the 21st-century hub of commerce and culture in North Texas.

Visitors are impressed by all there is to see & do. Historical sites, miles of hike & bike trails, wonderful antique shops and tea rooms, fun exploration for the kids and even a water park can be found in Wichita Falls!

Are you looking for that true Texas experience? Come be marveled by one of the largest sculptures in the nation, the Wee-Chi-Tah, tour the Museum of North Texas History, then feast on the Bar-L’s famous Texas ribs with a red draw. The next day, take a short trip to Archer City for Texas-style entertainment at the Royal Theatre and visit Booked-Up, Larry McMurtry’s bookstore.

It’s all here in Wichita Falls!
